Senior Business Strategy Manager

Facilitate the execution and ongoing iteration of our long-term strategic priorities, working closely with senior leaders to shape initiatives and products that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value. Facilitate effective prioritisation through analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and managing cross-functional strategic projects from concept to implementation.

Main Duties, including but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of our 3-5 year strategy, annual strategic refresh and quarterly iteration cycle in collaboration with the Corporate Planning Director
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate capability and sector strategies to facilitate effective, aligned portfolio management and informed prioritisation
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives, from problem definition through to analysis, recommendation, and execution
  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to inform decision-making and opportunity identification
  • Track progress against strategic priorities and prepare updates for senior leadership and the Board
  • Facilitate strategic workshops, working sessions, and communications across departments to drive alignment and engagement
  • Use data and insight to facilitate constructive prioritisation dialogue on strategic priorities
  • Define and own the overarching customer journey framework, develop the customer experience standards and metrics, drawing on support of the Sales Planning & Cx specialist
  • Define strategic roadmap for customer success transformation across an omnichannel service environment, including self-service/ customer portal channels
  • Act as product manager for all customer service touchpoints and applications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science subjects, Economics or related field
  • Extensive experience in Strategy/ Strategy Execution/ transformation roles
  • Significant experience in corporate or business strategy, ideally within technology, infrastructure, or data centre sectors
  • Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews and effective portfolio management
  • Proven ability to build business cases, financial models, and strategic plans to support growth and transformation initiatives
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to support strategic decision-making, including business case development and performance tracking
  • Understanding of data centre industry trends, competitive landscape, and key value drivers (e.g. utilisation, power pricing, service tiers)
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools; experience with strategy frameworks and tools (e.g. OKRs, value chains)
